When you’re waiting for someone to reply:

“Come on, come on, come on.”

Then you see they reply:

You start reading it and it gives you a bunch of feels:

Then you try to reply with something equally as amazing:

2 minutes later:

Then you reply with something crappy and lose all hope in being a great roleplayer:

His powers begin to heal the wounds and his body stops convulsing. He lays there breathing heavily in shock of what just happened. His body is aching immensely but he notices Anna’s intake of breath and realises she most likely broke her hand. Cas sits up and his chest erupts in pain, and he gets a head rush. “Anna?” he calls out to her. Slightly frightened and scared of how she will react. When she looks up at him he flinches away slightly on the edge of what she might do, but noticing her tears he inches forward. “We need to get you to a hospital”.

When Anna sees Cas flinch, scared…. any part inside of her that still clung on to the idea that she wasn’t a monster, completely disappeared. She backs away from him, shaking her head. “No, just… don’t… don’t come near me. I… oh god Cas, I’m so sorry.” She keeps going backwards until she hits the opposite wall of the motel room. She slides down to the floor, not even aware of what’s going on around her. The voices in her head were blaring. How could you? You’ve always been a monster, but this? It’s a new low. It’s your fault. You destroy everything you touch. You deserve this pain. You know you do. It doesn’t matter what kind. Physical? Emotional? You continue to torture yourself every day. But it doesn’t make up for anything. That’s what this is all about isn’t it? The pain, the suffering… it doesn’t change the fact that you’re just as bad as the things you hunt. Your parents died because of you. Any friend that you might’ve had was either murdered on your watch or they didn’t even know the real you. Because let’s be honest, if they did, they’d probably hate you as you hate yourself. Just because you suffer every day, doesn’t mean you’re making up for any of that. You are still the same pathetic freak you’ve always been. And nothing’s going to change that.

Castiel would be better off without you. Let’s face it, you’re poison. Today was only the beginning. Just stay away or you’re going to end up hurting someone else you love.

Anna can’t take it. This guilt, this… evil inside of her. But she doesn’t have time to dwell on the thoughts. The sharp burn returns to her chest and she begins coughing violently. Blood splashes into her mouth and trickles down her chin, falling to the floor. Every move is agonizing and she finds that she can’t breathe. She squeezes her eyes shut, her body shuddering, knowing it will pass soon. Eventually the coughing calms down and Anna tries to catch her breath, a wave of dizziness passing over her. She’s tired. Tired of the pain and the tears… tired of hurting the people closest to her. She can’t do it anymore.

She’s done.

Cas sees Anna back away and grows concerned. He knows it’s not her fault for what she did, she was under the influence of some kind of power. He sits there just watching her and reading her thoughts. How could she ever think that. It’s not her fault. He’s pulled from his thoughts when Anna starts coughing up blood. Wounds protesting his every move he rushes over to her and supports her when she is finished. “Anna, listen to me, this was not your fault. None of it was your fault, you have to let the past leave you.”

He looks at her hand and it’s swollen and bloody. “I’m taking you to the hospital. No protesting.” Slowly and painfully he puts Anna in his arms bridal style and stands up. His wounds aren’t fully healed and blood starts seeping through his shirt again. Every step to the door is a struggle but he manages to get outside. His focus right now is not on himself but on Anna. He looks around for Anna’s car in the parking lot and finally finding it begins his venture towards it.

Castiel’s eyebrows furrow at Dean’s words, “I don’t have legs.” He looks up at the dark threatening sky and back to Dean tilting his head. “If it is every food you touch why don’t you just have someone feed you?”

[laughs softly, shaking his head at Cas. same ‘ol Cas who still doesn’t understand human jokes] I’m not a baby cas. [he smirked]

“I know you are not a baby Dean. You are nothing like a baby. Would you rather give up pie just so you can feed yourself or have someone else feed you and be able to eat all the pie and cheeseburgers you wish.”

if I have to be fed, there’s only one person that I’ll let feed me and that’s Ryan.

Exactly, have Ryan feed you. I’m sure she would do that for you.

[nodding as he swims around] yep, I know she would.

Cas swims side by side with Dean when with a poof he has legs. Smiling up at Dean he says, “That was a long 24 hours.” He wiggles his toes and pushes off the wall like a torpedo

Castiel swims around in the pool enjoying his new fin. It certainly is different, but it is enjoyable. Lightning flashes and thunder crashes loudly startling him, and rain starts pouring down and winds pick up at intense miles. Panic rises within him as he sees a lightning bolt touch ground in the distance. With nowhere to go, stuck in a pool during a severe thunderstorm Castiel waits hopefully to come out alive and not get struck by lightning.

[dean poofs and sits down at the edge of the pool, chuckling a bit watching his buddy Cas swim as a mermaid, still can’t imagine him as such a creature…. but then again never imagined he’d be an Angel] You’re having to much fun Cas. [he joked]

Cas spins around and smiles upon seeing Dean. “Dean, hello! I agree with you, it is a bit blasphemous but it’s fun. Magic Anons do have quite the imagination. 24 hours I am stuck like this, I just hope this storm passes. Mod keeps joking saying that Thor is nearby, I don’t understand what she means though. Thunder crashes again and Cas looks around wearily.

[he chuckled a bit] I think they were pulling your leg Cas. [poofs into nothing but his swimming trunks and slips into the pool] ooo nice and warm. [grins, looks up at at the lightening and smirks shaking his head as he looks back at Cas] don’t worry Cas if this “Thor” wants to strike someone he can strike me instead. You’ve got a nice M!A, mine only makes my food turn to veggies.

“We will find him, because I can track him. My angelic powers let me find his soul in the world. All I need is his name.” Castiel honestly wasn’t sure if her brother was dead, but wouldn’t it be better to find out now instead of having to always wonder if he is alive or not. He could tell what she was thinking, “Jac, you’re not putting me in danger. I can protect myself. I was trained for wars and battles, and things like this. Don’t worry about me.”

Breaths were challenging, Jac just wanted to shut down, that would be the easy way out. “You want his name? My brother’s real name?” She couldn’t remember, the boy had gone by an alias since he was young, why didn’t she know his name? “Thomas. I think it’s Thomas.” Jac takes in Cas’s last statement, and laughs bitterly. “Well, I was bred and raised a hunter. Look where that got me.”

Cas looked at Jac in sympathy, “It’s going to be okay. Everything will be fine. Thomas you say, Thomas Raleigh.” Castiel closed his eyes for a moment searching for his soul. His eyes then snapped open and he said, “The last trace of his soul I could find is Salt Lake City, Utah. Do you know why he would be there?” Cas could only hope that they would be able to find her brother in time.

“Don’t pity me.  Please?” Jac can hear the pity in his voice, even if it’s not intentional, it hurts.

She’s not sure why Thomas would be in Utah, she can’t remember being there musch as a kid, but when she grew up everywhere was the same.  Too small of a town, too many new people and not enough time.  ”Tommy… I thi’k ‘e has a girl there.  When he was seventeen, I was twelve, Dad left us in Utah, not quite sure where, but Tommy found some girl he spent a lot of time with while we were there,” Jac thinks she should shut up but she doesn’t.  ”My dad never found out, didn’t spend time there when he wasn’t huntin’, he was just gone, both of them, but Tommy was happy, and for the first time, I was really happy.  Tommy was too.  That what you wanted to know?”

” I don’t pity you, I can sympathize with you, missing father, that’s all. Now, going back to those you love could mean multiple things. I think we should pay Salt Lake City a visit. What do you think, are you ready?” Cas asks her. Castiel knows exactly where Thomas is and is ready to take Jac to him to reunite them. She should be happy, that’s important. No one should be without their family.

Jac shakes her head, eyes dark.  She doesn’t like the idea of sympathy, seems too much like pity, but she’ll take it from Cas.  She needs him right now.

“I don’ think he wants to see me.  If he didn’t show up to Papa’s grave, He doesn’t want anythin’ to do with me.  I don’t do family.  Ever, unless you count yourself, because right now I kinda think your like family.  I haven’t had good expirences with anything family related.” She looks at Cas, wanting him to understand, knowing she can show him, but that would change things.  She’d have to get him to care about her, to want her.

“Jac of course he wants to see you. When everyone else leaves family is all we have left. I’m honored to be counted as your family, but if you have real blood family you should go to them.” He senses her look and looks into her eyes calculating. “What is it you want to show me?” he asks

Jac breathes in, fast and short, forgetting the number of times she’s wanted to tell her secret. Cas would be angry, what she can do isn’t normal, even for the supernatural world. “I can… show you my past,” the words come out too fast. Jac grabs Cas’s hand, vaguely hoping he’ll be able to see, but it doesn’t work. She needs something more…intimate.

Castiel’s eyebrows immediately furrow at her words, “What do you mean you can show me your past?” Something’s wrong. This isn’t right, why would Jac be able to show him her past. That’s not normal for a human and it is nothing he has ever heard before. Showing someone their past. Shivers go through Cas’ body thinking of the results if someone ever saw his past. “Would… would it be a trade thing, I show you mine and you show me yours?” he asks hesitantly. Finally noticing she was holding his hand he looks down and their hands and then looks back at her with a confused expression.

Jac knew Cas wouldn’t take it well, she was scared he’d just leave, not care because of this. It wasn’t normal. She’d never met anyone else who could display memories to other people. “I can show you everything, as far back as I can remember. I know you were wonderin’ what my daddy did to me. You can see, I’ll let you,” Jac breathes in, letting everything settle in Cas’ head.

Cas was about to nod before he backed away slightly. “How did you get these powers? Why didn’t you tell me of them before?” Cas wasn’t sure what she was or how she got her powers, but he did know that she was not normal and could be dangerous. He wasn’t sure if he could trust her now.
